The Ligonier Valley Boys’ Golf team continued its strong season on Tuesday, September 8, defeating Derry 202-238 in another section matchup. The Rams were led by a balanced team effort. Will Roberts paced Ligonier Valley with a 38, followed by Rocco Harris and Roman Simmons, who each carded a 40. Brock McKenzie added a 42, while Noah Knupp also finished with a 42. With the victory, Ligonier Valley improves to 8-1 overall and remains undefeated at 7-0 in section play. The Rams will put their perfect section record on the line this afternoon when they take on Jeannette.
